Print Prepaid Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal for a flat-rate return fee.
Package Securely
Place the unworn shoes in their original Mephisto shoebox and pack them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
